Coffee Break - Topics for General Assembly

This Coffee Break is open to all MaxBI members. We will present our upcoming General Assembly in Munich and brainstorm topics of general interest for our delegates. In particular, during this General Assembly, we will invite representatives from the Max-Planck Society’s headquarters to share ideas and workflows for the daily business of a facility or group.

Format:

Introduction: We will have 2 speakers/moderators who will introduce the problem and/or their solution (either by talking or using slides, up to the moderators). Each speaker will have a maximum of 5 minutes.

Discussion Round: After the problem is presented, we’ll have a discussion where everyone has the opportunity to share their thoughts, ideas, or solutions. Each person will have 2-3 minutes.

Open Discussion: If needed, we’ll have another round of open discussion where everyone can further share their opinions, solutions, or ideas.

Summary: At the end, we’ll prepare a short summary of the discussion for documentation and for us to remember key points.
